Certified Translation

This is the official translation, prepared by a sworn public translator, legally required throughout Brazil for documents drafted in a foreign language to have legal effect before Federal, State or Municipal authorities, at any level, court or tribunal, or entities maintained, supervised or overseen by public authorities (Article 157 of the Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure and Federal Decree No. 13,609 of 21 October 1943). Sworn translations carry public faith throughout Brazil, and are recognised as valid in most foreign countries.
